front of the rig. The windshield used
to drive me bonkers! It seemed I would have to
wash it 2 or 3 times to try and get it clean and then
there were still bug streaks after I had
finished. The only way I could do a good job was
to get out my ladder, which wasn't always convenient,
like on the side of the road or at Flying J. If it
was hot, and I was looking up into the sun, I found it
very difficult to do a proper job. Sometimes,
after I thought I had done a great job on the
windshield, and headed down the road again, I would
find a mess in front of my eyes, particularly when
driving into the sun. Have you experienced similar
frustrations?
I tried various products with mixed
results and then started working on our own formulation
with a chemist I met. The results have been very
gratifying. I like the product so much that I
thought you would too. We are introducing
Bugs 'r
Off in January 2008.
The 16 oz
pre-mix bottle comes complete with a sprayer and is
ready to use. The 8 oz concentrate makes an
additional four 16 oz bottles. You can buy it
individually or as a package. Buying the two
together provides the best bang for the buck.
I am sure you will find that this is the
best bug wash you have ever
used!
When working on the
windshield, I find it best to work on one side at a
time. If I spray both sides of the windshield, I
usually find that the other side has dried on before I
get there. Spray
Bugs 'r Off on
and let sit for about 45-60 seconds before wiping off
with a wet sponge, cloth or squeegee. If the bugs
are fresh that is probably all you will have to
do. If they have baked on, you might have to
reapply the spray to melt down the bugs. If the
windshield is hot, spray some water on it to cool it
off before applying the
Bugs
'r Off. This will stop it from
drying up before it has had a chance to get the job
done.
It also works pretty well in the windshield
washer reservoir. It doesn't get a chance to soak
in so it's not as effective as when you are parked and
can use it in the usual way. However, it's much
better than just bug smear. It does help with your
vision and thus safety.
You will find it works
great on your mirrors, chrome and the front of the rig
as well. You can also use it on the inside of the
windshield to clear up that annoying haze.
For even better results use our Microfiber. It is
without a doubt

the
BEST Microfiber on the
market bar none! There are three different
cloths in the package, two of which I use on the outside
of the rig. The scrubber and glass cloths.
The scrubber cloth is great to wipe the RV with
after your first swipe with your squeegee or in those
had to get at spots. The glass cloth is used for
finishing up the windshield, mirrors and chrome.
You will be truly amazed at how well it works in
finishing the windshield, mirrors or
chrome.
Bugs 'r Off and the
glass cloth also work great on the film that builds
up on the inside of the windshield.
For those of
you who who haven't tried out our
Microfiber, this
is a great time to do so. It is like a miracle
cloth. The third cloth is the dust
cloth. It sucks up the dirt and encapsulates
it into the cloth. It doesn't recycle the dust
around the rig. I particularly like it on the
dash of the rig and car and around the dials and
gauges. One wipe and the dust is gone. Women
love these cloths inside. They make cleaning so
much quicker, easier and more effective.
The
scrubber does a great job doing anything where you need
a scrubber. In the kitchen sink, washing the rig
or the kitchen floor and anything that needs to be
cleaned. Judy absolutely loves the glass cloth for
doing windows and mirrors in the rig as she says it
saves her so much time and the job is done right the
first time. No looking at different angles for
streaks. This cloth doesn't just gloss
over the film that builds up, it actually removes
it. Mirrors & windows stay cleaner
longer.
Most people buy multiple packages for the
house and the rig. One for 'his' jobs outside and
one for 'hers' inside and another for the
house. There is nothing out there in the
market that even comes close to the quality of these
particular cloths. Try them. I know you'll
love them.
